lovely staff comfortable bed
the staff were lovely. the hotel have elevator is a bonus. the bed were super-comfortable. we were warm and the room were a perfect temperature.

little gifts friendly staff
my stay included little gifts on the bed. the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is a short walk from sacré cœur and the restaurants and shops of montmartre. i would certainly stay there again. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
i was not informed that there was no air conditioning prior to my arrival so i could have looked for another location.

the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. there was a spacious bathroom with toiletries. the room was very clean, and the design was beautiful. the room was also very quiet.

the location is great, just next to rue des martyrs. it is near other famous places. the hotel is near a metro station. the location is close to montmartre.

respectful staff metro access clean room best service
i found the staff courteous and ready to provide the best service possible. there were some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff helped by moving me to another room. the location was fantastic near st george's metro, so it was very accessible, and the room was clean.
the breakfast was basic, so i would skip it.

The room was very clean, and maids cleaned it every day. the bathroom had a nice size! the bedroom, however, was a little snug. walls were soundproof. This was a great advantage.

a romantic getaway
amazing location metro accessibility luggage storage
the location proved very convenient near the métro st george's so accessibility was wonderful i could store my luggage after checkout as i had a late day plan the hotel coordinated a taxi to the airport at an early hour i felt cared for.
the air conditioning did not work i was not informed before payment therefore i had to open the window due to cigarette smoke.

this spot stood very near the métro stop so travelling around the city was easy many restaurants lined nearby streets providing different dining options this area felt secure at night adding a sense of reassurance. the surroundings were romantic.

small room limited breakfast
The room i had was quite small. I didn't have much space to move around. also, the lack of air conditioning was a problem. i wasn't informed about it beforehand, and it made the room uncomfortable, especially during the warmer days. the breakfast wasn't great either. I found the choices quite limited and not very appealing.

the hotel's location is advantageous. a supermarket and several shops are nearby. three metro stations are accessible within a short walk. the room looked much better than the online photos suggested , a welcome surprise.
the lack of air conditioning was not communicated beforehand , so i could have made alternative arrangements.
